 A native of the Pacific Northwest, I have earned a reputation for professionalism, service, integrity and, most of all, creativity while working with clients from all over the world. I earned a bachelor's degree in technical journalism and a master of arts degree in the fields of art and anthroplogy from Oregon State University. I have worked as a photojournalist, reporter, graphic designer and web / interactive media developer for many organizations, including newpapers, radio, news agencies, magazines and design agencies. My clients have ranged from individuals to small businesses to large corporations.
The diversity of my background has given me an incredible gift. Everything I have accomplished has been a form of communications, whether it's in a visual, printed or digital format. I've learned the essense of telling a story or communicating a message. This carries over into my photography, allowing me to produce the most telling of images. The kind that goes deep and reveals the inner core of a person or business. It's this ability story-telling ability that I offer my clients. There are many photographers out there, but not many have the ability to produce images that have this storytelling quality.
Photography is my passion. Film, digital, darkroom or computer it doesn't matter. The best place to be is on assignment. Second best is somewhere fishing.
